By submitting this request for a Wise Photo Project portrait session, I acknowledge that this is a public photographic project created by Kenneth Wajda. Portraits created through the project may be selected for use in Kenneth Wajda’s professional portfolio, websites operated by Kenneth Wajda, exhibitions, publications, educational presentations, and promotional materials related to his photography.
The finished portrait is provided as a complimentary gift to the participant. Copyright and photographic authorship remain with Kenneth Wajda, and portraits created through the Wise Photo Project may be preserved and displayed as part of the continuing photographic archive of the project.
